陈延峰

陈延峰,男,博士,南京大学教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,现为南京大学固体微结构物理国家重点实验室主任,国家973计划项目首席科学家。他的研究领域为材料物理化学,研究方向是人工结构带隙材料、薄膜多层膜声学超晶格和铁电/介电薄膜的设计、制备、表征和光电性能。开设课程是材料物理。

人物经历

陈延峰于1980年考入西北工业大学材料科学与工程系铸造专业学习,1984年继续在该专业攻读硕士学位,并于1987年获得硕士学位。同年开始师从周尧和教授攻读工学博士学位,并于1990年获得博士学位。

陈延峰于1990年开始在南京大学固体微结构国家重点实验室进行博士后研究工作,博士后工作期间的指导教授为南京大学物理学院教授,中国科学院院士闵乃本先生。他曾赴麻省理工学院(MIT)任访问教授。2000年-2001年在MIT做访问学者。现为南京大学教授,博士生导师,长江学者特聘教授,材料科学与工程系系主任。

在国际核心期刊(SCI)上发表论文90多篇,其中Science1篇,PRL2篇,APL和PRB20多篇。获中国发明专利4项。1997年度入选教育部《香港跨世纪国际教育集团优秀人材培养计划》,2002年获国家杰出青年基金资助。2005年被聘为长江学者特聘教授,2005年度入选教育部创新团队发展计划。

2021年8月1日,入选2021年中国科学院院士增选初步候选人名单(技术科学部)。

主要成就

科研成就

1. 通过设计/剪裁声子晶体的能带,研制出超越传统声学材料的新型声功能材料和原型器件。发现了声波的负折射和双负折射效应,研制出平板聚焦的声超透镜原型器件,实现了超越衍射极限的声聚焦;提出了声单向传播的“波矢跃迁”新原理,发展出一种宽带、无阈值的新型声二极管原型器件;发现了声表面倏逝波其亚波长增强效应,为利用1/10波长乃至更小结构解决长期困扰声学领域的低频吸声难题提供了新原理。

2. 率先研制出声拓扑绝缘体,并将其推广到固体、表面波和三维材料体系,开拓了声拓扑材料研究的新方向。基于玻色子人工对称性调控,在通常认为不可能的经典波系统中首次构建了声 1/2 赝自旋和类费米子时间反演对称性,研制成功声拓扑绝缘体并观测到声量子自旋霍尔效应;进一步发展出基于弹性波、压电声表面的声拓扑材料和原型器件,包括全固态单向拓扑波导、分路器和谐振器,并在铌酸锂晶体表面制备出单片集成的声延迟线。

3. 基于新原理,发展出新一代声学材料,在国产大型运输机、下一代高铁等重大工程中得到验证和应用。通过亚波长、能带、拓扑能带和二极管效应大幅度减小材料尺寸和重量;通过多尺寸单元的耦合实现宽带吸声;发展出人工智能算法的逆向设计理论,解决了工程化面临的材料加工成本控制问题,研制出具有颠覆性性能的低频宽带、轻薄强韧的新型声学材料。

a、面向国产大飞机客舱降噪需求,开发出满足适航标准的超薄、轻量化吸声材料,被中国商飞确定为国产大飞机形成非对称竞争优势的重大技术;

b、参与下一代高速动车组CR450型号工程,填补高速列车客室装饰材料低频降噪性能的空白,实现声学超构材料在时速400km级动车组的工程化应用;

c、针对变电设备噪声频谱特性定制低频选频吸声学超材料,实现了声学超材料在1000kV特高压变电装备降噪工程中的“首台套”应用;

d、应用于集成电路产线,解决低频噪声干扰光刻工艺难题,确保国产首台套设备交付;

e、应用于能源方面,解决了煤层气发电站降噪扰民难题,助力绿碳经济发展。

4. 面向高精度声学测量需求,自主发展出10Hz到1GHz的全频段声振测量仪器和装备,并应用于重大工程中。打破了国外技术封锁,研制出超过现有MEMS传声器的低频宽带声向量探测器(信噪比达80dB@1kHz),并基于此开发出声矢量探测阵列和声学相机;研制出国内首套超高频(>1GHz)、高精度(<0.3pm)激光测振仪,开发出非接触式、高分辨率(最高<3nm)激光超声无损检测商用装备,通过了**一级计量站计量和ISO9001认证。

a、所研制的空气声矢量探测器,打破了国外技术封锁,被成功应用于航空发动机故障声定位、低空飞行目标跟踪等重要应用;

b、创新研制了耐高水压、低频宽带向量水声传感器,突破了现有水听器/声呐的深海探测深度和低频极限,并已开展水下声定位试验;

c、所研制的全自动激光超声巡检装置,被用于大型航天器舱体的无损检测工程,极端条件下发动机叶片、深海潜航器等的原位监测;

d、相关设备为解决集成电路工艺在线监测高端装备和宇航芯片先进封装可靠性评估等“卡脖子”难题提供关键技术。

陈延峰牵头制定了首个微结构声学材料团体标准《声学超构材料术语》(T/CSPSTC 61-2020)。

截止2024年5月,陈延峰已培养博士40余名、硕士50余名,其中获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文1篇、提名1篇,获江苏省优秀博士学位论文5篇、江苏省优秀硕士论文5篇。其中,入选国家杰青1名、四青人才8名。所培养的学生任教于宾夕法尼亚大学上海交通大学、中国科技大学、哈尔滨工业大学、中山大学、西安交通大学西北工业大学国防科技大学东南大学南京大学香港中文大学(深圳)等十余所国内外高校或科研机构。
